The Rochester Museum and Science Center features a variety of exciting and interactive exhibits on science and the history of the region. Display areas include "Expedition Earth" natural science exhibits, a "How Things Work" discovery area and "Adventure Zone", where children can manipulate machines, climb structures and pretend to be a meteorologist. The center is adjacent to the Strasenburgh Planetarium, a mile east of downtown Rochester.
Open Mon. - Sat. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Sun. noon - 5:00 p.m.
