The Memorial Art Gallery strives to create an artistic experience that explores over 5,000 years of art in a balanced, contextualized way. The 12,000-piece permanent collection at the museum features three paintings by famed impressionist Monet, a portrait by Rembrandt and a major collection of sculptures by Gaston Lachaise. The museum is located on the University of Rochester campus, within walking distance of Manhattan Square Park.
Open Wed. - Sun. 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Thurs. 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Adults $10; Children (6-18) $6; College Students (w/ID) and Seniors $8; Children 5 and under are free.
