I had a cut/color from the owner of this salon. #1, the salon itself is dirty, poorly lit, and terribly decorated. The window alone should have tipped me off. While the guy seemed nice enough, he was VERY chatty, and while that is not necessarily a bad thing, I was in the chair for 2 1/2 hours because he was talking so much. When he shampooed me he didn't take off his watch and it kept snagging on my hair and ripping it out. While the color looked fine (something I chalk up to the quality of Aveda products, not the colorist), and he gave me a little discount, I would not go back. The overall salon experience was definitely not up to the quality one would expect from an Aveda salon, and it certainly wasn't worth the cost.

Worst Aveda salon I have ever been! Dirty and out of most product even for styling my hair. I could have gotten a much better cut from a barber. It was uneven and the owner who cut it smelled terrible of ciggerettes and did'nt seem very clean. Plus the cut was not cheap! Disgusted!
